Handy Manny

His tag phrase is, “You break it, we’ll fix it!” That 70′s Show’s Fez, Wilmer Vilderama lends his voice to the role. To make the Handy Manny costume is simple. He wears a green ringer t-shirt, with what appears to be a white undershirt. He also wears jeans, and Timberland style work boots. They do sell Handy Manny Tool Boxes, which include, Dusty, Rusty, Stretch, Pat, Turner, and Philippe. However, if you don’t want to buy that, you could always get a little wooden craft box with a handle from Michaels and paint it red and add some tools.
